The congenial staff will make arrangements for a historic carriage ride, nature tours, golf outings, the best private guided tours in Savannah, spa appointments, and of course, the best of Savannah’s fine restaurants.

For your convienance there is an elavator serving all floors.

Convivial Table for Two Privacy

At the Ballastone, intimate dining and privacy are our number one concern. Start the day off right with breakfast at a private table in the mansion or outside in the courtyard garden. Ballastone breakfast specialties include Peaches and Cream Stuffed French Toast, Low Country Benedict, and Made-to-Order Omelets.

Traditional Afternoon Tea features antique silver tea service, fine china, and lovely lavender-scented antique linens. Our chef prepares delicacies daily for tea service. Favorites include Jalapeño Egg Salad Sandwiches, Lemon Macaroons, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, and Macadamia Nut Brownies.

At 6:00 daily, join us in the Victorian Bar for a glass of wine or beer. Each night hors d’oeuvres will be served on the bar for our guests’ enjoyment.

Free, limited off-street parking and elevator access to all floors ensures easy access with bags.  (We love our old mansion but know the difficulty with bags and stairs).

A much-needed massage can be arranged in your guest room or just minutes away at one of two fabulous downtown spas – Savannah Day Spa or Sweet Water Spa.
